Creations or electrical pulses?

Are ideas the product of years of experience, stimuli and personality traits pushed together? OR are ideas the result of electrical pulses in the brain? Do the rhythms of the planet control our very core? Am I prone to be more creative when "MADE" to be or do I have a better chance at discovering my epiphany by chance? If we are controlled by the tide, the moon, the stars, then can we 'schedule' creativity? Or should a person simply 'create' when the mood strikes?

  1. i think it is different for everyone. some people have to sit and write in a structured setting. others i know just seem to write without effort and are very prolific at any little whim.
how is it for you? are you a long thinker, whimmer or what?
